Sometimes, being real, transparent, and unfiltered can be seen as less than professional, classy, or dignified, but in all honesty, I WANT people in my life who are real, authentic. You ALWAYS know where you stand with mi (good or bad). There’s no talking behind your back, ghosting, or wondering.
If I ask your opinion on something, i expect that you won’t sugarcoat it. You dont have to be harsh or a hammer, but I asked you because I value your input. I don’t have to accept what you say, but I most certainly admire that you were honest, upfront, and truthful with mi in giving your opinion, and I aim to be that way with others.
